- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1/2 cup (50 g) breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup (25 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Mix until well combined and form into meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite pasta sauce or on their own!
