- 2 lbs (900 g) chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup (50 g) grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) salt
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) black pepper
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 g) crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss the wings until they are well coated.
- Place the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- In the last 5 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over the wings.
- Once done, let the wings rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, pat the wings dry before seasoning.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce on the side.
