- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and drizzle the herb mixture over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is flaky and cooked through.
- Garnish with lemon slices and additional herbs, if desired.
- Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
