- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, black pepper, Dijon mustard, and honey.
- Rub the mixture all over the pork tenderloin.
- Place the tenderloin in a baking dish and roast for 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the pork in the herb mixture for a few hours before cooking.
- Serve with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
