Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, and garlic powder.
- Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- Brush the mustard glaze over the salmon fillets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- For a spicier glaze, add a dash of cayenne pepper to the mustard mixture.
