- 1/2 cup (120 ml) teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they’re well coated.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
- Serve hot with cooked rice.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the salmon for up to 30 minutes before baking.
- Feel free to add vegetables like broccoli or bell peppers to the baking dish for a complete meal.
