- 4 large bell peppers
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup (75 g) cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the cream cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the tops are golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

- You can substitute the bacon with cooked sausage or omit for a vegetarian option.
