- 1 cup (120 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 cup (240 ml) water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt until smooth.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place the battered cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- In a separate bowl, mix buffalo sauce and olive oil.
- Once the cauliflower is crispy, toss it in the buffalo sauce mixture.
- Return the sauced cauliflower to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, you can coat the florets with breadcrumbs before air frying.
- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your desired spice level.
