Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup (240 ml) dill pickle slices
- 1 cup (120 g) breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup (60 g) all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each pickle slice first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated pickle chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Remove and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crunch, try adding crushed cornflakes to the breadcrumb mixture.
- These pickle chips can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days but are best enjoyed fresh.
