- 1 cup (250 g) sour cream
- 1 cup (150 g) dill pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup (50 g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chips or veggies for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add the chopped dill pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, fresh dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with chips or fresh veggies.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add chopped jalapeños.
- This dip can be made a day in advance for enhanced flavor.
