- 2 cups (300 g) grated cucumber
- 1 cup (240 g) Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) lemon juice
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Start by grating the cucumbers and place them in a clean kitchen towel. Squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped dill. Mix well.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Serve chilled with fresh vegetable sticks or pita chips.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- This dip can be prepared a day ahead for convenience.
