- 1 pound (450 g) cooked shrimp, peeled and diced
- 1 cup (240 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (120 g) sour cream
- 1/4 cup (60 g) mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh vegetables and crackers for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in the lemon juice, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in the diced shrimp until evenly mixed.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before serving.
- Serve with fresh vegetables and crackers.
Notes
- For added spice, mix in a few dashes of hot sauce.
- This dip can be made a day in advance for convenience.
