- 1 tsp (5 g) taco seasoning
- 12 taco shells
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheese
- 1 cup (150 g) diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup (75 g) shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup (60 g) sour cream
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add ground beef.
- Cook until browned, draining excess fat, then stir in the taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Warm taco shells in the oven as per package instructions.
- Fill each taco shell with the seasoned beef, cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce.
- Top with sour cream and serve immediately.
Notes
- Customize toppings to your liking, such as avocado or jalapeños.
- Make it spicy by adding some hot sauce to the meat mixture.
