- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup (100 g) sour cream
- 1/2 cup (50 g) diced jalapeños (fresh or canned)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup (50 g) breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top of the dip.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies for dipping.
Notes
- For extra heat, use fresh jalapeños.
- This dip can be prepared in advance and baked just before serving.
