Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
  • 1 cup (240 g) vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (60 g) granola
  • 1/4 cup (50 g) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. In a clear glass dish or individual cups, layer the ingredients starting with a layer of berries, followed by yogurt, whipped cream, and granola.
  3. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with whipped cream on top.
  4. Garnish with additional berries and mint leaves.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving.
