Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb (450 g) pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups (300 g) mixed bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup (150 g) broccoli florets
- 1 cup (150 g) snap peas
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork slices, cooking until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the garlic and ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds.
- Add the bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas, and stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the pork to the skillet and add the hoisin and soy sauce, stirring to coat everything evenly.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
- For a gluten-free version, use tamari instead of soy sauce.
- Feel free to switch out the vegetables based on what you have on hand.
