Ingredients

- 1 lb (450 g) prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the prawns and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas, and cook for another 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch mixture, stirring until combined and slightly thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
- For added heat, include sliced chilies.
- You can substitute any vegetables of your choice.
