- 4 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup vanilla pudding
- 2 cups pound cake, cubed
- 1/4 cup honey (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a large trifle dish, layer half of the cubed pound cake at the bottom.
- Spread half of the vanilla pudding over the cake layer, followed by a layer of mixed berries.
- Add half of the whipped cream on top of the berries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
