Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced watermelon, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño pepper.
- Add the lime juice and salt, then gently toss until all ingredients are well mixed.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.
- Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled meats.
