- 1 lb (450 g) white fish fillets (such as tilapia or cod)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup (150 g) shredded cabbage
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup (75 g) diced mango
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) lime juice
- 1/4 cup (15 g) chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeño, minced (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture onto the fish fillets.
- Place fish on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.
- While the fish is baking, prepare the mango salsa by combining diced mango, lime juice, cilantro, and jalapeño in a bowl.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet until pliable.
- Assemble the tacos by placing shredded cabbage, baked fish, sliced avocado, and mango salsa into each tortilla.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your flavorful fish tacos!

- For extra flavor, marinate the fish for 30 minutes before baking.
- Substitute tilapia with any firm white fish of your choice.
