- 1 lb (450 g) ground chicken
- 1 cup (100 g) breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) buffalo sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, buffalo sauce, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray the balls with cooking spray to help them crisp up.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden and cooked through, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
- Serve hot with extra buffalo sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add more buffalo sauce to the mixture.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
