- 1 cup (240 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (240 g) sour cream
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup (120 g) chopped spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 g) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 g) black pepper
- 1 package (10 oz or 280 g) tortilla chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips on the side.
Notes
- To make this dip spicier, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
- Can be made a day in advance, just heat before serving.
