- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup (150 g) shredded lettuce
- 1 cup (150 g) diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup (120 g) shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) sour cream
- 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and a splash of water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the beef mixture on the tortillas and topping with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and avocado.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your quick beef tacos!
