  • 1 cup (150 g) corned beef, chopped
  • 1/2 cup (60 g) sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/4 cup (60 g) mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 g) garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 g) black pepper
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Swiss cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired, and serve with crackers or bread.
