- 1 lb (450 g) chicken wings
- 1 cup (120 g) chopped bell peppers
- 1 cup (100 g) cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup (120 g) shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the chicken wings on a sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Add chopped bell peppers and cherry tomatoes to the pan, tossing them with the juices.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and return to the oven.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some red pepper flakes.
- Can substitute chicken wings with tofu or vegetables for a vegetarian option.
