Ingredients

- 3 lbs (1.4 kg) beef brisket
- 1 cup (240 ml) BBQ sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) beef broth
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Place the sliced onion at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, beef broth, and brown sugar.
- Lay the beef brisket on top of the onions and pour the sauce mixture over it, coating the brisket well.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the brisket is tender.
- Once cooked, remove the brisket and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with extra BBQ sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the brisket in the sauce overnight before cooking.
- Pair with coleslaw and cornbread for a complete meal!
