- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup (240 ml) chicken broth
- 1 onion, sliced

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Place the browned pork chops in the slow cooker and add chicken broth, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, thyme, and soy sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chops are tender.
- Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, marinate the pork chops in the seasoning overnight.
