  • 1 cup (150 g) canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup (240 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (120 g) sour cream
  • 1/2 cup (60 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup (60 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  3. Add chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita chips, or fresh vegetables.
